Welcome to your ‘Wild Sacred Journey’ Starter Kit!
Glad you have you here in this third space: a space of reckoning, healing, dreaming, relating, and creating. Of reclaiming the power of vulnerability and the deeper connection available to de-armored hearts. Of the radical act of embodying aliveness as it wants to express itself through us.
Whether something has happened that’s recently awoken a hunger in you to step out of “the grind” or whether you’ve been aiming to choose differently for a while but keep seeming to end up in the same types of situations you’re trying to escape, there might be something here for you… lets find out.
Reminder: What’s Here In Your Kit
An Intro with my take on our shared premise, a choice (are you saying ‘yes’ to this journey?), and what I think is at stake in this time.
Assessments for you to begin to see your burnout and purpose anxiety from a more ancestral and animist lens with the intention of helping you get more clarity on where you might need to focus your recovery efforts first.
Basic skills and tools to help you begin to remember animism, create some space internally (and maybe externally), and connect back in to your animal body and radiant soul.
And some Possible Next Steps and ways to deepen into the journey for you to consider.
Note: While the Basic Skills and Tools section is designed for you to skip around and find what resonates most with you or feels the most exciting to play with, it’s highly recommended to go through the Intro and Assessments in order, since they lay important foundations and help you figure out whether my approach is even for you.
If you’d like a reminder on realistic expectations for this Kit, you can find that here under “What This Kit Is and Isn’t”.
If you’d like an overview of some beliefs which underpin my work, you can always check out ‘A Good Place to Start’

4. Possible Next Steps
Hopefully this offered you some framing, insights, clarity, context, and practices that will be useful in your journey from burnout and spinning wheels back to more vibrant aliveness.
This is an ongoing journey. A life-long one. And we each have our part to play. I offer prayers that you find the people, places, and cultures to help bring out your medicine and nourish it so you can live it and share it.
If you think I might be a good person to support you in that and you’d like to move forward with me, here are some possible next steps:
