The hurt and disconnect in the world are a reflection of the hurt and disconnect within us.
We have splintered ourselves internally in ways that weaken our ability to hold intersection, plurality, paradox, healthy tension and conflict, the full depths of love.
Through judging and shaming ourselves (or internalizing false and hurtful beliefs) we have made ourselves into colanders rather than bowls. In this state, things feel more threatening because we literally can’t hold them.
But there is a path to wholeness. There are others who have walked it, are walking it now.
If we want to see wholeness without, we must dive deep, into the depths, the shadows, the grief... and we must allow ourselves to be transformed by it.
Balance is not found in unity. It is found in plurality and intersectionality.
It’s time to bring the pieces of you home. Embody the ‘AND’ space.
Only then will you be truly capable of deep love, compassion, and flow.
