How do we know when observation and our quest for deeper truths have landed in something aligned and powerful versus something false and seductive?

There is something in us which wants to *know*. Our nervous system (and our ego or human self) frequently feel more comfortable in stability and certainty.

Yet life is always changing and we are adaptable and resilient. That is our super power... and our downfall.

In order to be seekers, cocreators, brains who are always learning and souls that are always loving towards our highest good; we have to practice discernment.

Notice today where you’re listening from and what you are listening to: is it fear and scarcity-based?

It is aligned with Love and the highest good for our interconnected web of Life?

Do your body, mind, and soul all feel like they can get behind your sources and ways of knowing? What about your actions?

The detective archetype is important to bring to our spiritual quests. It helps us stay curious and open, to be discerning and ask questions. It keeps us from finding the easy answer, the one that just agrees with and reinforces what is easy for us to believe, and keeps us turning over the stones until we find what aligns with our Higher Self.

We can know deeper truths not because they are always easy, but because they help the puzzle pieces click together and greater peace to enter into our actions, on behalf of all of creation.
