this active vinyasa class was created in response to the new (at the time) pandemic quarantine and the charged nervous system state many of us found ourselves in. If you need to ground and siphon off some buzzy energy, this may be the perfect practice for you.

this restorative yoga class uses props and longer holds in the postures to find deep relaxation and gentle releases and stretches. Designed around the idea that our sense of vitality needs a fluid spine and a relaxed mind and body, this may be the perfect practice for you if you have been going non-stop and/or are feeling yourself bumping up against your own hard edges and you need to slow and soften. Like feeling held, this is deeply nurturing, and may be challenging because of it.
